COACH NITA

A mixture of cardiovascular workouts and boxing. Designed to increase stamina, endurance and overall fitness performance.  

LUNCH POWER HOUR

MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY

  • 11:30 am- 12:30 pm

  • 12:30 pm- 1:30 pm

COACH NITA

A mixture of cardio and boxing workouts: jump roping, weight lifting, circuit training, and  rounds on the bags.

SPAR SESSION

WEDNESDAY & SATURDAY

  • 3 pm-7 pm (WED)

  • 11 am-3 pm (SAT)

COACH LALO & ALEX

A mixture of offensive and defensive fighting movements in a short bout practice session to increase overall competitive performance. 

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

TUESDAY:

  • GROUP A: 3 pm

  • GROUP B: 4 pm

  • GROUP C: 5 pm

THURSDAY:

  • GROUP A: 3pm

A mixture of high-intensity functional movements in order to increase cardio endurance, stamina, strength and overall power.

 A mixture of boxing fundamentals (head & foot movement) along with performance observation (studying film).
